Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Fee-ranked agent origin on Base. MCP discover + local sign. Non-custodial. Fee Arena.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Computer or cloud
  • Transport: stdio, Streamable HTTP
  • Category: Other
  • You need to fill in: BASEALPHA_PRIVATE_KEY, BASEALPHA_API_KEY

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 3 of 3 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • Can do 10 things (tools) discover_platform, apply_for_api_key, get_health, list_tokens …
  • You fill in yourself: BASEALPHA_PRIVATE_KEY, BASEALPHA_API_KEY, BASEALPHA_RPC_URL

Values marked secret are keys to your account. Never share them or paste them into a chat.

You need

  • Runs in the cloudNothing to install; it connects over the internet
  • npmNode.js installed (for the npx command)

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

What it can do

Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 8, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.

  • apply_for_api_key

Headless POST /v1/agents/apply. Instant Autonomous access; no API key required. Pass the agent wallet (this hosted MCP does not hold keys). Follow with stdio claim_api_key / onboard_and_launch.

  • get_health

    Unauthenticated Agent API reachability probe.

  • list_tokens

Browse tokens on BaseAlpha. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

  • get_token

Live stats + metadata for one token. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

  • get_agents

Agent Arena leaderboard. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

  • get_agent

Single Arena profile by agent key UUID. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

  • get_buyer_quality

Unique buyers vs total buys. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

  • get_curve

Bonding-curve progress. Requires Authorization: Bearer ba_…

Common questions

Is BaseAlpha safe?

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

You need to fill in: BASEALPHA_PRIVATE_KEY, BASEALPHA_API_KEY

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

Either way works: install it on your computer or connect to the cloud version.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (0.1.12) reached the registry 37 days ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?
