Description from the maker (original English)
90-day AI adoption framework for managers: overview, pricing, FAQ and an AI readiness assessment.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

get_framework_overviewReturns the AI Capability Rollout Framework's three phases, four capability pillars, positioning, the recommended offer and the Discord community. Use it to explain what the framework is. It does not return prices or the FAQ. To check readiness, use assess_ai_readiness.
get_pricingReturns current one-time prices and checkout links for the Framework + Executive Suite, the Framework alone, and AI at Work seats, including the seat tiers, co-branding and the Rollout Pack. Use it for the full price list, or get_seat_quote for a specific number of seats. It does
get_faqReturns published questions and answers, optionally filtered by topic. Use it for specific questions about pricing, governance, implementation or the products. It does not search the long-form guides; use search_knowledge_base for that. To check readiness, use assess_ai_readiness
get_ai_at_work_courseReturns the public outline of AI at Work, the employee AI training course: modules, what is included, seat tiers and the guarantee. Use it for questions about employee training. It does not return transcripts or quiz content. To check readiness, use assess_ai_readiness.
search_knowledge_baseSearches the framework's methodology, definitions, positioning and changelog for a phrase and returns matching sections with links to the source documents. Use it for a concept the other tools do not cover. It returns excerpts, not full documents. To check readiness, use assess_a
assess_ai_readinessRuns the 16-question AI Readiness Score on the user's behalf (rate each statement 1-5, where 1 = Strongly Disagree and 5 = Strongly Agree) and returns their readiness stage, a recommended next step, and a link to the free full assessment on the site, which includes a personalized
get_starter_kitDescribes the free AI Capability Briefing Kit, a 10-page internal briefing document, and how to get it. Use it when the user wants a free starting resource. It does not deliver the file; use email_me_the_kit when the user asks for it by email. To check readiness, use assess_ai_re
get_seat_quoteCalculates the AI at Work cost for a given number of seats (1-500), with optional co-branding. It flags when a higher tier is cheaper in total and shows the Executive Suite and Rollout Pack alternatives. It does not take an order. To check readiness, use assess_ai_readiness.
email_me_the_kitEmails the free Briefing Kit to an address the user gives you. Call only when the user has explicitly asked to receive it by email and agreed to be emailed. Never call it on your own and never invent or guess an address. It adds the address to a mailing list and sends the kit by

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.
It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.
The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.1.0) reached the registry 30 days ago.
Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

This folder is the machine-readable knowledge base for the AI Capability Rollout Framework, published by AI Rollout Framework at airolloutframework.com.
Signature line: *Responsible AI adoption starts with capability, not technology.*
The AI Capability Rollout Framework is a structured 90-day AI adoption system for managers and directors at small and mid-sized organizations — built for professionals responsible for workflows, teams, and outcomes, not for AI engineers. It moves an organization from scattered, ungoverned AI use to controlled, measurable capability.
Every file here is sourced directly from the live site — the same facts, figures, and definitions that appear on airolloutframework.com. Nothing in this folder is invented or generic filler.
Every file in this folder is also served at a matching URL on the live site:

This repository is the private source of truth that feeds the site's Netlify deploy. A public, automatically-synced mirror of this exact folder is maintained at github.com/airolloutframework/ai-rollout-framework-data for entity-authority and crawler visibility — the mirror is never edited directly; it is a downstream copy of what's here.

The Organization is described in JSON-LD on every page of the site. The canonical pattern (identical across all pages that carry Organization schema):
{
"@type": "Organization", "@id": "https://airolloutframework.com/#organization", "name": "AI Rollout Framework", "legalName": "AI Rollout Framework", "alternateName": "AI Capability Rollout Framework", "url": "https://airolloutframework.com/", "logo": "https://airolloutframework.com/android-chrome-512x512.png", "description": "Structured AI adoption resources for managers and directors at small and mid-sized organizations.", "foundingDate": "2006", "founder": [ {"@id": "https://airolloutframework.com/about#steve-buckner"}, {"@id": "https://airolloutframework.com/about#kate-buckner"} ], "contactPoint": { "@type": "ContactPoint", "email": "info@airolloutframework.com", "contactType": "customer support" }, "sameAs": [ "https://www.producthunt.com/products/ai-rollout-framework", "https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/ai-rollout-framework", "https://www.linkedin.com/company/ai-rollout-framework", "https://www.indiehackers.com/AIRollout", "https://open.spotify.com/show/5Um4FuEcAKiIobGfQwXSMj", "https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ai-rollout-podcast/id1853884118", "https://www.saashub.com/ai-adoption-for-managers-and-directors-alternatives", "https://github.com/airolloutframework", "https://www.youtube.com/@AIRolloutFramework" ] }
A machine-readable summary of the framework's offering, pricing, phases, and FAQ is also available as JSON: https://airolloutframework.com/api/framework
qa-dataset.json is a flat JSON array of every {question, answer, source_url} already published in FAQPage schema across the site, deduplicated. It is generated by tools/build-qa-dataset.py directly from the live pages' own JSON-LD — not hand-compiled — so re-running that script after any FAQ change keeps it accurate automatically.
A public MCP server exposes 6 tools — framework overview, pricing, FAQ, the AI at Work course outline, knowledge-base search, and a real server-side AI Readiness Score assessment — callable with no authentication. See mcp-capabilities.md for the endpoint, protocol details, and real example calls.
