Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Find experts, check availability, and book pay-per-minute calls on Callpaymin.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

You need

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http callpaymin https://www.callpaymin.io/api/mcp

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "callpaymin": {
      "url": "https://www.callpaymin.io/api/mcp"

  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

These settings are generated from the maker’s registry entry. If the README says otherwise, follow the README.

  • get_platform_stats

    Count of approved experts currently listed in the directory. Other totals are omitted rather than estimated.

  • get_country_rate_caps

    Maximum USD per minute an expert in this country may charge. High-income countries and Europe use the higher cap.

  • estimate_call_cost

    USD estimate from the expert public per-minute rate. This does not book or charge.

  • get_supported_currencies

    Currencies the Callpaymin wallet charges in. This is not a foreign-exchange table.

  • get_supported_payout_countries

    Countries shown on the payout settings page, with the rail that page uses (Stripe or Wise). This does not check a live provider, and it does not return bank details.

  • get_wallet_balance

    Wallet balance used to pay for calls. Experts also get withdrawable, pending, and paid earnings. No payout account numbers.

  • get_payment_methods

    Masked card brand and last four digits saved on the wallet, if any. Full card numbers and vault ids are never returned.

  • disable_auto_recharge

    Turns off wallet auto-recharge so a saved card is not charged later. Does not charge or debit anything. Does nothing unless confirm=true.

  • end_call

    Cancels an incoming invite you created. A connected call is not ended here, because that cleanup path bills the live session. This tool does not charge or settle. Does nothing unless confirm=true.

  • get_call_session

    Status of a call invite where you are the caller or the expert. It does not return media credentials or a guessed running cost.

  • create_meeting_room

  • get_my_profile

    The signed-in user's own profile fields.

  • update_profile

    Updates your own public profile fields. Email, role, balance, and payout data cannot be changed here.

    Sets the directory availability flag other people see: online, offline, or busy.

  • get_application_status

    Your expert application status. Approval is a profile field. Every account can use the consumer tools.

  • get_earnings_summary

    Current pending, releasable, and paid expert earnings. A custom period is not applied; figures are the live totals, not an estimate for that window.

  • get_releasable_balance

    Expert earnings past the 7-day hold that are available to withdraw. This does not request a payout.

  • list_payouts

    Your payout requests: id, amount, status, and provider. Bank account numbers are not included.

  • get_payout_methods

    Saved payout destinations: id, provider, country, and last four digits. Full account numbers are not returned.

  • list_favorites

    Experts you have favorited.

    People who used your code, as a name or initials, the date they joined, and whether the referral is still active. Emails and account ids are not included.

  • apply_referral_code

    Links your account to a referrer. Does nothing unless confirm=true. Uses the existing referral linker.

  • get_rate_coach_suggestion

    Compares your rate with your country cap and the median public rate of up to 20 listed experts in your industry. It is a hint, not a required price.

  • list_my_bookings

    Bookings where the signed-in user is the quester or the expert. Defaults to upcoming bookings.

  • cancel_booking

    DESTRUCTIVE. Cancels a booking you are part of. Does nothing unless confirm=true. Other people's bookings are not found.

  • list_jobs

  • post_job

    DESTRUCTIVE. Creates a job in pending_review, the same hold the website uses before an admin approves it. It is not added to the public board. Does nothing unless confirm=true, and then requires an idempotency key. The invite link is returned once.

  • respond_to_job

    Applies the signed-in user to an active public job using the same application record as the website. Does nothing unless confirm=true. Cannot apply to your own job or to a job that is not active. Applying does not charge credits or fees.

  • close_job

    Removes a job posted by the signed-in user. close, withdraw, and delete are the same removal the website Delete button performs, including a job still in pending_review: the job document is removed, the public listing is removed, and an audit snapshot is kept. Does not charge or

  • convert_currency

    No foreign-exchange rate source is configured. Wallet charges are USD, and this tool will not invent a rate. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • start_chat

    Consumer chat billing, including the first 10 free messages, is tied to the chat product session and is not wired to MCP. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • send_message

    Sending a message can be billed after the free allowance. The chat writer is not wired to MCP, so no message is stored. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • get_chat_summary

    AI chat recaps are produced by the chat summary service for organization sessions, not as a consumer-thread tool. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • join_meeting_room

    Joining a room needs a mediasoup WebRTC client. MCP cannot open that media path or start meeting billing. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • list_my_chats

    Consumer chat threads are not exposed through a user-scoped query that is safe to return from MCP yet. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • set_do_not_disturb

    The call router does not read a do-not-disturb window. Setting one here would not change who can reach you. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • clear_do_not_disturb

    The call router does not read a do-not-disturb window, so there is nothing to clear. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • submit_application

    Expert applications go through the signup flow, including document upload and review email. MCP will not mark an application submitted. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • get_tax_docs

    Tax documents are not generated by an API this server can read. Nothing is returned in their place. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • rate_call

    Reviews are submitted by the post-call review API, which checks that you were on the call. That check is not wired here, so no review is stored. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • mute_participant

    Mute is a mediasoup host command. MCP cannot reach the media server, so nobody is muted. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

  • toggle_recording

    Recording is controlled by the meeting room service. MCP does not start or stop a recording. This tool is not yet supported. Nothing is read or changed.

Common questions

Is Callpaymin safe?

It passed 2 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.1) reached the registry 6 days ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?
