  WRITE: approve held comments so they show on the site. The account must moderate the forum.

• disqus_mark_posts_spam

  WRITE: mark comments as spam. They leave the public thread. The account must moderate the forum.

• disqus_delete_posts

  WRITE: delete comments. Ask the user to confirm the ids first.

• disqus_close_thread

  WRITE: close a thread so nobody can add new comments. Reversible with disqus_open_thread.

• disqus_open_thread

  WRITE: open a closed thread so people can comment again.
