Coach-built training for any AI assistant. Phorme Training is a remote Model Context Protocol server. An assistant can use it to find a coaching brain, program, race plan, gym class or sports clinic, preview workouts with exercise demos, and save training to the Phorme app.

The server itself runs at phor.me; there is nothing to install or self-host.
