IDX Broker MCP by usefulapi

Use IDX Broker from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client — look up leads and what they viewed, searched and saved, agents and offices, your account's own featured, sold, off-market and supplemental listings, saved links, widgets and MLS metadata, and create or update leads and add lead notes (each write needs an explicit confirmation). Hosted, no local install: connect with an IDX Broker access key.

Live endpoint: https://idx-broker.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io/idx-broker

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://idx-broker.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http idx-broker https://idx-broker.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
{

"mcpServers": { "idx-broker": { "url": "https://idx-broker.usefulapi.io/mcp" } } }

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your IDX Broker credentials.
