Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Swedish B2B intelligence for AI agents: insolvency risk, procurement, BRF health and more.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Runs in the cloud
  • Transport: Streamable HTTP
  • Category: Clinics & health

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 1 of 1 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Connectors
  2. Press Add custom connector
  3. Paste the address below and press Add
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker
SettingsConnectors1+ Add2https://…3
https://mcp.norric.io/mcp

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http norric https://mcp.norric.io/mcp

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "norric": {
      "url": "https://mcp.norric.io/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "norric": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.norric.io/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

ChatGPT connects only to servers on the internet:

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web → Settings → Connectors (Apps)
  2. Press Create or Add (some plans need Developer mode under Advanced first)
  3. Paste the address below, give it a name and save
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker
SettingsConnectors1+ Create2https://…3

Menu names can differ slightly by plan and over time.

Your choice stays on this device in a cookie; no account needed.

These settings are generated from the maker’s registry entry. If the README says otherwise, follow the README.

Common questions

Is Norric safe?

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (2.0.0) reached the registry 2 months ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

Norric Intelligence MCP Server

Sweden's B2B intelligence infrastructure — exposed as a single MCP server.

Products: Norric SIGNAL · Norric Kreditvakt · Norric Vigil · SiteLoop · Sigvik Framework: FastMCP 3.2.3 · Streamable HTTP transport Functions: 25 registered functions; availability varies by function

Authentication

Every request to /mcp requires an API key — including the initialize handshake. Anonymous discovery is not supported.

Send the key in one of two headers (server accepts both; Authorization wins when both are present):

X-Norric-Key:  <key>

Authorization: Bearer

Working curl against the initialize endpoint:

curl -si https://mcp.norric.io/mcp \

-H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \ -H "X-Norric-Key: nrc_your_api_key" \ -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"initialize", "params":{"protocolVersion":"2025-03-26","capabilities":{}, "clientInfo":{"name":"my-client","version":"1"}}}'

→ HTTP/1.1 200 OK

→ mcp-session-id: (use this header on subsequent calls in the session)

Missing key returns 401 {"error": "Missing API key…"}. Wrong key returns 401 {"error": "Invalid API key…"}.

Response envelope

Every tool returns the same structure:

{

"data": { ... }, "metadata": { "response_id": "nrsp_abc123", "tool": "tool_name_v1", "source": ["skatteverket", "bolagsverket"], "fetched_at": "2026-04-26T10:00:00Z", "confidence": 0.91, "cache_ttl_seconds": 3600 }, "signals": [ { "key": "skuld_published", "label": "Skatteskuld publicerad", "value": true, "weight": 0.45, "direction": "risk", "source": "skatteverket" } ], "warnings": [] }

metadata.confidence (0-1): how much to trust the data metadata.cache_ttl_seconds: how long before re-fetching signals[]: always present, empty list if not applicable

Two-step handshake

MCP requires initializing a session before calling tools:

# Step 1: Initialize (auth required)

SESSION=$(curl -si \ -X POST https://mcp.norric.io/mcp \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer nrc_your_api_key" \ -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"initialize","params":{"protocolVersion":"2024-11-05","capabilities":{},"clientInfo":{"name":"test","version":"1"}}}' \ | grep -i "mcp-session-id" | awk '{print $2}' | tr -d '\r')

Step 2: Call a tool (auth required)

curl -s -X POST https://mcp.norric.io/mcp \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer nrc_your_api_key" \ -H "mcp-session-id: $SESSION" \ -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":2,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"norric_status_v1","arguments":{}}}'

Current status

All functions are registered and callable for authorized tiers, but availability varies. Kreditvakt and the main Sigvik score are live; SIGNAL, Vigil, SiteLoop, Sigvik avgift, and Sigvik flags return empty or placeholder data until their pipelines are connected.

Check live status: call norric_status_v1.
