Supabase
Supabase’s official server lets AI create tables, query data and review project settings in your Supabase database.
Description from the maker (original English)
Query your Apple Health data from your own Supabase/Postgres via local MCP.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

DATABASE_URL, HEALTHKIT_USER_IDValues marked secret are keys to your account. Never share them or paste them into a chat.

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
You need to fill in: DATABASE_URL, HEALTHKIT_USER_ID
It runs on your computer. Your AI app starts it when needed, and data does not pass through the maker’s servers (unless it calls an online service itself).
The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (0.1.0) reached the registry 2 months ago.
Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. You also need Python (uv) on your computer.

Local MCP server that queries your Apple Health data from a Supabase/Postgres project you own. Use it with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or any stdio MCP client.
The data gets there from the free health4ai iOS app: download it on the App Store. Setup guide: https://health4.ai/setup/
pip install health4ai
Requires Python 3.11+. From a clone of the repo you can still run the previous path:
pip install -r mcp-server/requirements.txt
python mcp-server/main.py
The server talks to your database over stdio. Set these environment variables (or a .env file in the working directory):
| Variable | Required | Secret | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
DATABASE_URL | yes | yes | Postgres connection string for your Supabase project (transaction pooler; database password, not the service_role key). SUPABASE_DB_URL is accepted as an alias. |
HEALTHKIT_USER_ID | yes | no | UUID of the Supabase Auth user whose HealthKit rows to query. The server refuses to start if this is unset, not a UUID, or the 00000000-… placeholder. |
HEALTH4AI_TZ | no | no | IANA time zone for calendar-day buckets (default UTC). |
Full walkthrough: docs/SETUP.md.
After pip install health4ai:
health4ai
python -m health4ai
Claude Desktop / Claude Code / Cursor (mcp.json):
{
"mcpServers": { "health4ai": { "command": "health4ai", "env": { "DATABASE_URL": "postgresql://...", "HEALTHKIT_USER_ID": " " } } } }
From a git clone, "command": "python" and "args": ["/path/to/health4ai/mcp-server/main.py"] still work.
