Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Verify the artifact, meter the cost, enforce the mandate — one call.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Connectors
  2. Press Add custom connector
  3. Paste the address below and press Add
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker
SettingsConnectors1+ Add2https://…3
https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http mitracore https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mitracore": {
      "url": "https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "mitracore": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

ChatGPT connects only to servers on the internet:

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web → Settings → Connectors (Apps)
  2. Press Create or Add (some plans need Developer mode under Advanced first)
  3. Paste the address below, give it a name and save
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker

Menu names can differ slightly by plan and over time.

What it can do

Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 7, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.

  • verify_work

Suite: attest, agentpay, drift, skilllint.

Basic checksi

Common questions

Is mitracore — trust layer for agent work safe?

It passed 2 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (0.1.0) reached the registry 18 days ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

mitracore

Trust layer for agent work: verify the artifact, meter what it cost, enforce the mandate.

Three risks, one call:

  1. verify - four layers over an agent artifact: schema conformance, emptiness (uniform lists, stub values, truncations), generation provenance, authority (was the action permitted). Ed25519-signed receipt, verifiable offline, no trust in this service required.
  2. quote - price what the call actually consumed (tokens, CPU seconds, bytes out, storage writes, external calls) from a published rate card, with the breakdown attached.
  3. mandates - limits, allowlist and kill switch for what an agent may do.

Use it

MCP (recommended):

npx -y mcp-remote https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp   # hosted

python3 mcp_server.py # stdio python3 mcp_server.py --http 8192 # streamable http

Public endpoints: POST https://rta.lat/mitracore/mcp (JSON-RPC 2.0), plus /v1/verify, /v1/quote, /v1/trust-report, /v1/skills/lint, /health.

Guard a paying agent (before the call, not after)

guard/ sits in front of the agent and decides before the money moves: daily budget, per-call cap, payee and network allowlists, kill switch. Every decision — allow and deny — is an Ed25519-signed journal line, chained so a deleted record is visible.

cp guard/policy.example.json guard/policy.json    # budget, caps, allowlists

python -m guard.proxy --policy guard/policy.json --amount 0.25 \ --payee 0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111 --network base \ --cmd " " python -m guard.proxy --policy guard/policy.json --verify # signatures + chain touch guard/KILL # stop everything now

Exit codes: 0 allowed and the command ran, 2 denied (the command never ran, the refusal is in the journal), 3 journal does not verify.

Python:

from guard import Policy, authorize

decision = authorize({"amount_usd": 0.25, "payee": "0x1111…", "network": "base"}, Policy.load("guard/policy.json")) assert decision["decision"] == "allow"

The key is generated on first run at guard/keys/guard.key (0600), the public half sits next to it at guard/keys/guard.pub. Nothing is spent and nothing is sent anywhere: the decision is local.

Tools

verify_work(artifact, schema?) | check_skill(path) | quote_cost(tokens, cpu_seconds, bytes_out, storage_writes, external_calls) | trust_report(artifact, schema?) | suite_status()

Pricing

  • 20 verifications per day - free, no card, no account
  • 0.005 USDC per verification (x402), or 9 USDC for 30 days prepaid
  • 49 USD per environment per month (prepaid, no auto-renewal)

Locales

en, hi - Hindi is a first-class interface, not a translation afterthought. India (Bharata) is included in pricing, docs and launch from day one; legal claims about India are taken only from official repositories, anything unverified is reported as pending.

Trust

Receipts are Ed25519-signed and the key fingerprint is published: any buyer can verify a completion locally, offline, without an account.
