Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Five free tools: personal/couple matrices, angel numbers, Bible verses and seeded names.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Runs on your computer
  • Transport: stdio
  • Category: Other

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 1 of 1 passed
  • Runs on your computer with your user’s permissions (files, network, apps).
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

You need

  • npmNode.js installed (for the npx command)

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

Open Claude Desktop → Settings → Developer → Edit Config, and paste this into claude_desktop_config.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "public-tools": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y",
        "@lucernel/public-tools"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add public-tools -- npx -y @lucernel/public-tools

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "public-tools": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y",
        "@lucernel/public-tools"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "public-tools": {
      "type": "stdio",
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y",
        "@lucernel/public-tools"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Common questions

Is Lucernel Public Tools safe?

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs on your computer. Your AI app starts it when needed, and data does not pass through the maker’s servers (unless it calls an online service itself).

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (0.1.1) reached the registry 14 days ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. You also need Node.js on your computer.

What can I use instead?

Lucernel Public Tools

Live API operations, verified October 23, 2026. Five public operations across four sites are deployed and available. Use the @lucernel/public-tools package or this source checkout for the CLI and optional MCP server.

This repository documents small, unauthenticated JSON tools from four independent sites:

SiteToolDetails
Matrice del DestinoPersonal and couple matrix calculationsMatrice API
Istruzione MessinaDate-based angel numberIMES API
LucernelDaily World English Bible verseLucernel API
MusaelSeeded name generationMusael API

Read API behavior, errors, limits, and privacy before integrating. Each site has its own origin and quota, with site-specific limiter state. The local CLI is covered in CLI usage. Optional local stdio integration is documented in MCP server setup.

The lucernel-tools CLI requires Node.js 22 or later. Run bunx --package @lucernel/public-tools@0.1.1 lucernel-tools --help, or follow the source instructions below.

These tools use existing site calculations or data. They do not require authentication, call AI services, or access application databases. Matrice premium readings and PDFs, private account data, and Musael manuscripts are outside this API.

API specifications and Postman collections

The files below describe the live route contracts. Production responses were checked against all five tool contracts on October 23, 2026.

Public documentation: Matrice · Istruzione Messina · Lucernel · Musael.

  • Matrice: OpenAPI · Postman collection
  • Istruzione Messina: OpenAPI · Postman collection
  • Lucernel: OpenAPI · Postman collection
  • Musael: OpenAPI · Postman collection

The direct API endpoints are free to use, with no login, key, subscription, or paid tier. Apply bounded retries only: honor Retry-After for 429/503, do not retry validation errors, and never change networks or accounts to evade a quota.

See distribution status for the public package, MCP Registry entry, marketplace links, and checks still pending. Third-party gateways have their own account requirements and quotas.
