Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Synproof's Syntropy 5-sieve dialectical verification engine and Small Worlds axiom library.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 3 of 3 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • Can do 4 things (tools) syntropy_verify, syntropy_list_worlds, syntropy_get_world_axioms, syntropy_get_onboarding_guide
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Connectors
  2. Press Add custom connector

Common questions

Is Syntropy MCP safe?

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (2.5.0) reached the registry 4 days ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

Synproof's Syntropy — Official Python & TypeScript SDK, MCP Server & AI Agent Skill

Language models guess. Syntropy proves.

The formal verification engine for AI outputs, contracts, scientific hypotheses, and critical decisions. Mapping natural-language semantics directly onto propositional logic, Synproof's Syntropy (https://synproof.ai) tests any claim against your ground-truth Small Worlds — eliminating hallucinations and returning a binary verdict (CONFIRMED or REFUTED) with a clear, defensible argument or counter-argument.

5. Architecture Fact-Sheet: How Syntropy Solves the Autoformalization Gap & Prevents Decision-Tree Latency (vs. Legacy Z3 / cvc5 Wrappers)

Unlike first-generation neuro-symbolic wrappers around external SMT solvers (Z3 or cvc5) that blindly translate natural language into opaque predicates, Synproof's Syntropy has engineered out both the autoformalization gap and exponential tree latency:

  1. Zero Uncontrolled Autoformalization Gap (Human-Controlled Premises + Triple-Sieve Cross-Check):
  • Human-Governed Ground Truth (`Small Worlds` & `initial_axioms`): Foundational premises and domain axioms are never left to uncontrolled on-the-fly LLM invention. They are explicitly supplied by the human/developer (initial_axioms), loaded from curated Small Worlds (@law:..., @pravo:..., @finance:..., @medicine:...), or compiled offline via Axiomat into the World Curation Studio, where humans inspect and approve every atomic thesis before deployment.
  • Semantic + Propositional Cross-Validation (Sieve 2 + Sieve 2.5 + Sieve 3): Legacy SMT wrappers translate text into a Z3/cvc5 formula once and blindly trust the solver even if the premise was mis-formalized. Syntropy never trusts a blind one-way translation: it simultaneously enforces Sieve 2 (100% natural-language semantic consistency against all proximate axioms), Sieve 2.5 (deterministic SymPy Propositional SAT Solver verifying P ∧ Q ⊢ ¬T), and Sieve 3 (Deep Fallacy & Strawman Firewall). Any semantic-to-symbolic distortion is caught and rejected immediately — proven across 550 / 550 (100.0%) adversarial benchmark runs.
  1. Flat, Bounded $O(k)$ Latency (No Decision-Tree Explosion):
  • Syntropy does not expand exponential decision trees. It executes a single-active-line King of the Hill (KOTH) trajectory bounded by max_failures (typically 1–3 for real-time guardrails), paired with <1 ms in-memory vector deduplication (Sieve 0), batched axiom evaluation (Sieve 2), and <2 ms CPU SymPy SAT solving (Sieve 2.5). Latency stays flat and predictable regardless of Small World size.

6. Security & Data Isolation

  • Zero Credential Scanning: The skill never inspects .env files or local credentials. Developers configure SYNTROPY_API_KEY in their own runtime environment.
  • Official Registry Only: Distributed exclusively via PyPI (syntropy-client) and GitHub (macek166/synproof-syntropy).
  • Prompt-Injection Sanitization: All untrusted claims and axioms are sanitized (sanitize_untrusted_text) to strip control characters and imperative prompt-injection directives before verification.
