Rock's Apify Utility Actors — MCP listing

Seven small, pay-per-event Apify Actors, exposed as Model Context Protocol tools through Apify's own hosted MCP server (mcp.apify.com). This repo does not run any code — it is a server.json entry for the official MCP Registry that points to those Actors, scoped so an MCP client only sees this toolset instead of the whole Apify Store.
