Figma Context MCP
Give your coding agent access to your Figma data. Implement designs in any framework in one-shot.
Description from the maker (original English)
OODS Foundry is an object-oriented design system that extends the one you already have.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 6, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.
health_checkRead the running service status, pinned version, registry counts, built brands, themes, token scopes and retained proof summaries. Uptime and latency are current process measurements; host paths are omitted. includeChangelog adds the DSL changelog, and sinceVersion keeps entries
catalog_listRead components a page at a time. category, trait, context and status filter the list; status describes the HTML renderer. detail is brief by default, or full when filtering; summary includes tags, contexts, regions and traits. Brief and summary allow up to 200 entries; full clam
object_registryRead objects from the pinned registry. action list returns names, traits and field counts; domain, trait and maturity filter them, and includeInternal adds internal objects. action show requires name and returns its composed definition; context narrows view extensions. registry_s
registry_snapshotRead the registry summary: active objects and traits, loaded names, loader issues, etag and generatedAt. detail full includes definitions; names narrows them. includeInternal adds internal objects. Replies larger than 100,000 characters are refused with their size. object_registr
structured_data_fetchRead the tokens or manifest dataset. Full data is the default; detail summary returns section counts and the first page call. page reads lossless JSON Pointer entries; pageSize defaults to 10, at most 100, also bounded by size. meta.next continues and meta.full requests full data
viz_renderDraw and certify a chart from inline data. Provide chartType and encodings with rows, a pattern with its own data, or an intent to recommend a tabular chart. Brand and theme apply to drawing and certification. The compact reply contains hashes, warnings and certification; output.
artifact_certifyDraw and certify a chart from the input in chart, using matching data, brand and theme. Returns the same result as viz_render: hashes, warnings and the certification verdict, including accessibility equivalence, determinism, contrast and accuracy. Optional chart.output fields add
design_previewLook up a recorded screen by object, context and framework. Returns its running screen URL, content hash, brand and theme. No new screen is generated. object_registry reads the definition behind the screen. Set reproduce true when the command and calls used to generate it are req
tool_schemaRead a shipped tool schema by name and kind (input or output). Returns its JSON Schema, package-relative file, recorded file hash and source URL. tools/list describes this endpoint’s narrower accepted inputs; the full schema may describe operations outside the hosted tools.
We check information anyone can see; we have not read the code. Checks that do not apply are left out of the count. · Checked Nov 6, 2026

Compared with every active server in this category in the registry. Stars count only when the publisher owns the repo.
It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.
Either way works: install it on your computer or connect to the cloud version.

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

Give your coding agent access to your Figma data. Implement designs in any framework in one-shot.
Let any LLM watch a video locally — and search everything it has ever watched.
Figma’s official server gives AI your design data so it can turn designs into code or describe them accurately. Connects to Figma’s cloud.
Copied from the maker’s repo as written. PopNx MCP has not reviewed or endorsed it. HTML, images and scripts are removed. Links lead off this site.
OODS Foundry is an object-oriented design system that extends the one you already have. Your AI assistant drives it over MCP. Describe a screen by its object and context, such as a subscription detail view. OODS Foundry composes governed components and design tokens, generates React or Vue code, and renders charts from your data.
Use it when your product has recurring objects and workflows, your screens need to share rules across frameworks and themes, or you want generated UI to follow an existing design system. You can define your own objects, traits, brand and component mappings.
Generated code comes with a receipt naming the static checks performed and the work still needed. Chart certification measures the rendered specification's accuracy, accessibility equivalence, contrast and determinism. It does not certify an entire application.
The optional a11y_scan tool checks the text and icon contrast pairs declared by the component stylesheet in every built brand and theme. Given a screen schema, it also renders the screen and checks its document accessibility rules; see the tool reference for scope and thresholds.
Turn Cal.com’s real schema into React and Vue screens in your own shadcn components. Follow the prompts, review what is proposed, accept it, and open list, detail, form and timeline in light or dark.
Use Node.js 22.0.0 or newer on macOS or Linux. For a local server in Claude Code:
claude mcp add oods-foundry -- npx -y @oods/foundry
claude mcp get oods-foundry
For the Claude Code plugin, which includes the server and its guided skill:
claude plugin marketplace add https://github.com/kneelinghorse/oods-foundry-claude-plugin.git
claude plugin install oods-foundry@oods-foundry
Restart Claude Code and invoke /oods-foundry:oods-foundry. Ask your assistant to call health_check, then compose a Subscription in detail context. The package guide includes Claude Desktop and Cursor configuration and explains local files and network access. The walkthrough takes you from an object definition to a generated application.
For a hosted connection, use the streamable HTTP endpoint https://oods-foundry.com/mcp in a compatible MCP client. The website describes its available tools. Local installation provides the full authoring workflow; the hosted service has its own tool surface and release schedule.
Build the supplied Dockerfile, then keep stdin open for your MCP client:
docker build -t oods-foundry .
docker run --rm -i -v oods-data:/data oods-foundry
The image runs as the unprivileged node user. The volume preserves registered objects and import drafts. Mount schema files separately, for example -v "$PWD/schemas:/schemas:ro", and give object_import their container paths. The running-app preview binds to loopback inside the container; use the local npm installation for browser previews on the host.
This repository mirrors each release, one commit per version. The source includes the design system, React and Vue libraries, MCP server, bridge, adapter and packaging scripts. The tool reference describes the calls and their contracts.
To install the workspace from this snapshot:
corepack pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
Building and testing from source describes the package builds, runtime assembly and public test command.
Bug reports and feedback are welcome in Issues. This release mirror does not accept pull requests; they will be closed. See CONTRIBUTING and SECURITY.
