Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

PandaDoc MCP server for creating, sending, signing, and tracking PandaDoc documents.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 1 of 1 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

    "mcp": {
      "url": "https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "mcp": {

Common questions

Is PandaDoc MCP Server safe?

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.0) reached the registry 5 months ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

PandaDoc for your AI assistant

AI drafts it. PandaDoc makes it real.

Check document status, see who's signed, and understand your agreements.

When you need a new one, create it from a template and send it for signature — right from your AI assistant.

Official PandaDoc MCP server and AI plugins · Hosted by PandaDoc · OAuth sign-in

[Connect your assistant](#installation--setup) · Explore workflows · Documentation

Start with a question

Use the AI assistant you already work with to find answers and take action in your PandaDoc account.

What you needTry asking
Check signing status“What's the status of the Acme contract? Who still needs to sign?”
Understand an agreement“Summarize this contract's payment terms and key obligations.”
Review your pipeline“Which documents are still waiting for signatures this week?”
Plan for renewals“Which signed agreements are coming up for renewal this quarter?”
Prepare a follow-up“Find our outstanding proposals and draft a follow-up for each.”
Create and send“Create an NDA for Acme from our standard template. Let me review it before sending.”

Your assistant combines the available PandaDoc tools to carry out your request. PandaDoc handles document delivery, e-signatures, and status tracking.

Installation & Setup

Choose your assistant, follow its setup steps, then sign in to PandaDoc. For your first request, try: “Show me my five most recently updated documents.”

Using another assistant or building your own agent?

Connect it to the hosted PandaDoc MCP server using Streamable HTTP and OAuth. PandaDoc hosts the server; you do not need to run one locally.

PandaDoc accountServer URL
Global (app.pandadoc.com)https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp
