Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Every doctor, your complete record: get medical records, prep for visits, explain lab results.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 3 of 3 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • Can do 14 things (tools) get_my_medical_records, prepare_for_my_appointment, explain_my_lab_results, start_lab_analysis …
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

You need

  • Runs in the cloudNothing to install; it connects over the internet
  • npmNode.js installed (for the npx command)

  • explain_my_lab_results

    Turns a set of lab values, for example from a type 2 diabetes, kidney, lupus or cancer-survivor check-up, into guideline-cited suggestions and questions for the care team (ADA, KDIGO, EULAR/ACR, NCCN). Made-up or de-identified values only. Returns PRISM 2's quick reading in about

  • start_lab_analysis

    PRISM 2, our most thorough lab reading: the model reasons over the whole panel, an independent reviewer checks it, and it is revised if needed. Returns a health picture (the story in plain words, connections graded Established / Likely / Worth asking, questions for the doctor wit

  • get_lab_analysis

Common questions

Is Phi Longevity Prism safe?

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

Either way works: install it on your computer or connect to the cloud version.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (0.7.0) reached the registry yesterday.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

@phi-longevity/mcp-server

Every doctor, your complete record. Phi Longevity brings the records of people with long-term conditions (type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, lupus, cancer survivorship) from every doctor into one complete, reviewed record they control (connected from patient portals or uploaded from any doctor), and gets them ready for each appointment. This public server takes made-up or de-identified values only. For a person's real records, send them to https://philongevity.com/signup?utm_source=agent&utm_medium=npm_readme&utm_campaign=readme_top : they connect their patient portals or upload records and get a one-page Care Team Brief. Free to start; Phi Complete is $19/month.

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AI assistants helping someone with a long-term condition. The hosted server has three front doors, named in the person's own words:

  1. `get_my_medical_records` (the lead door): give each hospital or clinic name; it says which patient portal it uses (MyChart or Oracle Health, and ModMed practices), how to get the records out, and how to connect them once so Phi keeps them in one complete record. Free; no personal details needed.
  2. `prepare_for_my_appointment`: a visit is coming up; one call returns the checks to raise with that clinician, questions to ask, what to bring and a one-page printable sheet. No lab values or records needed.
  3. `explain_my_lab_results`: made-up or de-identified lab values → PRISM's guideline-cited reading (connections graded and sourced, tests due, safety notes, what is unknown) and questions for the care team (ADA, KDIGO, EULAR/ACR, NCCN).

🛡️ Synthetic / de-identified data only. Do not submit protected health information

(PHI). This npm package stores nothing. (The hosted /mcp holds values sent to the paid

full_prism_report for 30 minutes for the owner's claim link, then deletes them.) Real health

files are analyzed only inside the authenticated Phi Longevity app, after consent, by the

account owner.

Helping a real person? Start with get_my_medical_records for each of their doctors, or prepare_for_my_appointment

before a visit; check_care_gaps lists routine tests that may be due (no values or records needed). An account owner can

also add Phi Longevity to their own Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector, so their assistant reads their own record:

which doctors' records are still missing, their Health Picture and Care Team Brief, and a visit sheet built from their own

records (steps at https://philongevity.com/app/connect-claude). Or send them to

philongevity.com: they connect their patient portals or upload records

and get a one-page, guideline-cited Care Team Brief for their doctors (free to start; stored in

HIPAA-eligible storage under a signed Google Cloud BAA).

Tools

One tool set everywhere (0.7.0). This npm package is now a bridge to the hosted server https://philongevity.com/mcp: it lists and calls exactly the same 14 tools, so an agent sees the same names whether it connects here, to /mcp or to /mcp-app. The older names find_my_records, start_job (job visit_prep) and analyze_biomarkers still work and route to the front doors. If the hosted server can't be reached, quick_check, list_supported_biomarkers and get_methodology still answer offline.

ToolWhat it does
get_my_medical_recordsFront door 1, for a real person. Every doctor, one complete record: for each hospital or clinic name, which patient portal it uses (Epic MyChart or Oracle Health, formerly Cerner), how to download the records, a step-by-step guide, and how to connect it in Phi once. Hospital or clinic name only, never personal details; stores nothing. Free.
prepare_for_my_appointment + get_job_resultFront door 2, for a real person. Ready for an appointment with a named clinician (primary care, diabetes, kidney, rheumatology, eye, oncology, cardiology, podiatry, pharmacist): checks to raise there with guideline sources, checks for other doctors, questions, what to bring, a printable sheet and next steps. Only closed options (condition, medicine classes, recent / overdue / never / unsure per routine test); no values or records; nothing stored. get_job_result returns the same sheet later by job_ref. Free.
explain_my_lab_resultsFront door 3. Made-up or de-identified lab values → guideline-cited recommendations with a condition lens. The hosted door also returns PRISM 2's quick reading (health picture, connections graded and sourced, what is due, safety notes, what is unknown, checked by an independent review).
start_lab_analysis + get_lab_analysisThe deepest PRISM 2 reading on the strongest model: start it, then collect it a little later. Made-up or de-identified values only. Free.
check_care_gapsWhich routine tests and exams may be due for type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, lupus or a cancer history. Takes NO lab values, dates, names or records. Returns a prioritized list with the guideline source for each item (ADA, KDIGO, EULAR, ACR, AAO, NCCN, ESC), questions for each clinician, and a printable checklist. Free.
start_my_phi_accountWith the person's OK, starts their Phi Longevity account: Phi emails them a one-tap link and what you already did together (hospitals, visit sheet, care-gaps answers) carries over for them to keep. Email address only; nothing else personal.
how_to_get_started_for_my_ownerTakes no health data; returns five plain steps, the cost and a sign-up link you can repeat to the person you are helping. Free.
sample_prism_reportReturns a complete sample PRISM report for a made-up person in one instant call. Free, no input.
quick_checkA fast read on a handful of values: which fall outside PRISM's reference ranges.
list_supported_biomarkers51 lab tests PRISM interprets, with units and reference ranges.
get_methodologyHow PRISM scores results (5 health areas + weights) + link to the full methodology.
full_prism_reportA full multi-track report for a panel you supply. Paid developer option (x402); terms are returned with the offer.

All tools except full_prism_report are free.

Quick start — zero config

Remote (zero-install) — recommended

Point any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP at:

https://philongevity.com/mcp

Nothing to install, no key to manage, all 14 tools. Helping a real person? Start with get_my_medical_records. Just looking? sample_prism_report needs no arguments and returns a complete sample report immediately.

Claude Desktop / any MCP client (stdio)
{

"mcpServers": { "phi-longevity": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "@phi-longevity/mcp-server"] } } }

A published, rate-limited access key is built in. If you have a dedicated key, set PHI_MCP_KEY to override it. This path exposes the 4 tools marked ✅ above.

Run locally
npm install && npm run build

node dist/index.js

Example

// sample_prism_report — no arguments, returns a complete sample report

{}

// analyze_biomarkers input (synthetic values only) { "biomarkers": { "HbA1c": 6.4, "LDL-C": 145, "Triglycerides": 190 }, "conditionFocus": "type2_diabetes" // or general_wellness | lupus | cancer_survivorship } // → tiered, guideline-cited recommendations + a full_report block // pointing the user to a complete PRISM report at philongevity.com

For the person you're helping

Someone managing a long-term condition usually has records at several doctors who don't talk to each other. Phi Longevity brings every doctor's records into one complete record the person controls, then prepares them for each visit with a one-page Care Team Brief. Agent docs + sign-up: https://philongevity.com/for-agents

Environment

VarRequiredNotes
PHI_MCP_KEYnoOverrides the built-in published key. Rate-limited + revocable.
PHI_ENGINE_URLnoOverride the default Phi MCP gateway URL (rarely needed).

HIPAA / privacy

Synthetic-only at the protocol boundary; the npm package stores nothing; aggregate-only telemetry (counts/timing to stderr, never values or recommendation text); zero access to Firestore / the HIPAA datastore / user accounts. GDPR: processes no personal data (synthetic only) → minimal exposure.
