Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Production errors your coding agent can read: search, stack traces, context, trends, resolve.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Runs in the cloud
  • Transport: Streamable HTTP
  • Category: Search & AI memory
  • You need to fill in: Authorization

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

Values marked secret are keys to your account. Never share them or paste them into a chat.

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

This address needs a key in a request header, which the add-connector menu cannot set. Use Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code instead.

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http runheed https://runheed.com/api/mcp --header 'Authorization: your-value'

Fill in the empty values before running it.

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "runheed": {
      "url": "https://runheed.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "your-value"
      }
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "runheed": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://runheed.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "your-value"
      }
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

This address needs a key in a request header, which the add-connector menu cannot set. Use Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code instead.

Your choice stays on this device in a cookie; no account needed.

Values you fill in

  • Authorization secret HTTP header
    Bearer followed by a Runheed agent key (al_...), from Settings > Agent keys. Not needed by clients that sign in with OAuth.

These settings are generated from the maker’s registry entry. If the README says otherwise, follow the README.

What it can do

Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 6, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.

  • runheed_search_errors

    Searches the workspace's error groups by text (type, message, route, file or extra data), status and project. Returns each matching group with its status, type, message, route, top stack frame, event count, last-seen time and ID.

  • runheed_get_error

    Returns one error group in full: message, status, counts, first and last seen, environment, agent context, the top stack frames and the latest breadcrumbs.

  • runheed_get_recent

    Returns the error groups seen most recently, newest first, with status, type, message, route, top stack frame, event count, last-seen time and ID.

  • runheed_get_trends

    Returns error statistics for the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days: total, new and resolved counts, the most frequent errors and the hourly error rate.

  • runheed_get_error_context

    Returns everything recorded around an error: every breadcrumb, platform, runtime, OS, environment, release, the affected user, the agent session and extra data.

  • runheed_resolve_error

    Marks an error group resolved, with an optional note such as the fixing commit. The group reopens on its own if the error happens again. Returns a confirmation.

  • runheed_ignore_error

    Marks an error group ignored, for known or expected errors, so new occurrences stop alerting. Returns a confirmation.

  • runheed_unignore_error

    Moves an ignored error group back to unresolved, so new occurrences alert again. Returns a confirmation.

  • runheed_get_project_health

    Returns a 0 to 100 health score for a project (or the whole workspace), errors in the last 24 hours, the unresolved count, the error rate, recent issues and recommendations.

Common questions

Is Runheed safe?

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

You need to fill in: Authorization

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.1) reached the registry today.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

In the same category: Context7, Codebase Memory, Exa

Runheed

Error tracking your coding agent can read. Runheed catches exceptions in your Node.js or Python app and serves them over MCP, so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client can read the stack trace, fix the bug and mark it resolved.

  • Website: https://runheed.com
  • MCP server: https://runheed.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Sign in with OAuth (claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), or send Authorization: Bearer al_... with an agent key.
  • Setup for agents: https://runheed.com/SETUP.txt

This repo holds the Claude Code plugin, the Google Antigravity plugin, the agent skill and the MCP config. The Runheed service itself is hosted.

Install

Claude Code plugin (signs you in on first use, no key to copy):

/plugin marketplace add getrunheed/runheed-plugin

/plugin install runheed@runheed

Or add the server directly:

ClientHow
Claude Codeclaude mcp add --transport http --scope user runheed https://runheed.com/api/mcp, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate
Codexcodex mcp add runheed --url https://runheed.com/api/mcp then codex mcp login runheed
claude.ai / Claude DesktopCustomize > Connectors > Add custom connector, URL https://runheed.com/api/mcp
ChatGPTPlugins > + > Add custom MCP server, URL https://runheed.com/api/mcp, OAuth
CursorAdd {"mcpServers": {"runheed": {"url": "https://runheed.com/api/mcp"}}} to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, then sign in from Cursor Settings > MCP
Google Antigravityagy plugin install https://github.com/getrunheed/runheed-plugin (this repo is also an Antigravity plugin: .antigravity-plugin/plugin.json + mcp_config.json), or add {"mcpServers": {"runheed": {"serverUrl": "https://runheed.com/api/mcp"}}} to ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json and click Authenticate under Customizations
Gemini CLIgemini extensions install https://github.com/getrunheed/runheed-plugin

Then add the SDK to your app (Node.js / TypeScript, Python, or plain HTTP). Your agent can do both steps from https://runheed.com/SETUP.txt.

Install the skill in any agent

skills/runheed/SKILL.md tells an agent when to reach for Runheed and how to set it up. It's the same file served at https://runheed.com/SKILL.md.

What your agent can do

ToolWhat it does
runheed_search_errorsSearches the workspace's error groups by text (type or message), status and project.
runheed_get_errorReturns one error group in full: message, status, counts, first and last seen, environment, agent context, the top stack frames and the latest breadcrumbs.
runheed_get_recentReturns the error groups seen most recently, newest first.
runheed_get_trendsReturns error statistics for the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
runheed_get_error_contextReturns everything recorded around an error: breadcrumbs, runtime, environment, release, the affected user and the agent session.
runheed_resolve_errorMarks an error group resolved, with an optional note such as the fixing commit.
runheed_ignore_errorMarks an error group ignored, for known or expected errors.
runheed_unignore_errorMoves an ignored error group back to unresolved.
runheed_get_project_healthReturns a 0 to 100 health score for a project, with recent issues and recommendations.

Read tools are read-only; the three status tools only flip an error's status, which can be flipped back.
