get_shop_info liefert unter bestellablauf, pflichtangaben und freiwillige_angaben den kompletten Ablauf, damit die KI ihn dem Kunden erklären kann, ohne dass der Kunde die Website öffnet. check_order_details und create_cart geben zusätzlich unter dem_kunden_sagen einen fertigen Satz zurück, der die noch offenen Angaben nach Pflicht und freiwillig trennt.
