These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Any client with remote MCP support: add a new remote server, paste https://mcp.supportwire.ai/mcp, and complete the sign-in when the browser opens.
Ask: *"List my open conversations in SupportWire."* Real conversations from your inbox mean you are connected.
On first connect your browser opens SupportWire. Sign in, pick the organization to connect, and approve the scopes. The client then holds an access token and calls tools as you (actor=self), so replies, notes and invites are attributed to you. No token or secret goes in your config file.
The server supports OAuth dynamic client registration and PKCE (S256), and publishes standard discovery metadata at https://mcp.supportwire.ai/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server.
Scopes: conversations, messages, notes, contacts, segments, tasks, users and organization, each as :read and :write.
Revoke access any time under Settings → OAuth Apps in SupportWire. Tools only see the organization you approved.
