Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

MemoryOracle - 10 agent memory tools: vector store, recall, summarization, redaction.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Runs in the cloud
  • Transport: Streamable HTTP
  • Category: Search & AI memory

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

  • Basic checks: 1 of 1 passed
  • Runs on the maker’s server: what you ask it goes through their server.
  • The registry lists no key to fill in.

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Connectors
  2. Press Add custom connector
  3. Paste the address below and press Add
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker
SettingsConnectors1+ Add2https://…3
https://tooloracle.io/memory/mcp/

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http memoryoracle https://tooloracle.io/memory/mcp/

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "memoryoracle": {
      "url": "https://tooloracle.io/memory/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

{
  "servers": {
    "memoryoracle": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://tooloracle.io/memory/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

ChatGPT connects only to servers on the internet:

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web → Settings → Connectors (Apps)
  2. Press Create or Add (some plans need Developer mode under Advanced first)
  3. Paste the address below, give it a name and save
  4. If it asks you to sign in, sign in with the maker

Common questions

Is Memoryoracle safe?

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.0) reached the registry 6 months ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

What can I use instead?

MemoryOracle

Persistent long-term memory for AI agents. Agents never forget.

10 tools. SQLite FTS5 full-text search. Per-namespace isolation. GDPR-compliant forget. Cross-references with FeedOracle Trust Layer.

npx -y mcp-remote https://mcp.feedoracle.io/memory/mcp/

The problem

Every MCP tool call is stateless. When Claude Desktop restarts, when Cursor closes, when the session ends — the agent forgets everything. No user preferences, no project history, no learned rules, no portfolio tracking.

MemoryOracle gives agents a persistent, searchable memory that survives restarts, works across clients, and gets more valuable over time.

Tools

ToolWhat it does
store_memoryStore a fact, preference, decision, or rule. Deduplicates automatically.
query_memoryFull-text search with BM25 ranking and recency boost
update_factUpdate a memory with new info. Preserves version history (last 10 changes)
forgetPermanently delete by ID, category, age, or everything. GDPR Art. 17
summarize_sessionEnd-of-session capture: summary + extracted facts, decisions, action items
list_memoriesBrowse with filters: category, importance, recency, access frequency
cross_referenceVerify a memory against FeedOracle Trust Layer evidence
memory_statsDashboard: count, storage, categories, most accessed, recent
export_memoriesExport all as JSON. GDPR Art. 20 data portability
health_checkService status

Memory categories

CategoryWhen to use
factVerified information: "USDC is MiCA authorized"
preferenceUser/agent preferences: "Conservative allocation, no USDT"
decisionDecisions made: "Blocked USDT for EU clients"
observationPatterns noticed: "RLUSD peg stable for 30 days"
ruleBusiness rules: "Never recommend assets with peg deviation > 2%"
sessionSession summaries with linked facts
portfolioPortfolio positions and allocations
action_itemOpen tasks: "Check RLUSD status in April"

Example: Compliance agent workflow

Session 1 — Agent does MiCA compliance checks:

{"name": "store_memory", "arguments": {

"content": "USDT blocked for EU — MiCA NOT AUTHORIZED. Preflight: STOP.", "category": "decision", "importance": 10, "tags": ["usdt", "mica", "blocked"], "namespace": "compliance-bot" }}

Session 2 — Next day, agent remembers:

{"name": "query_memory", "arguments": {

"query": "USDT EU compliance status", "namespace": "compliance-bot" }}

→ Instantly recalls the decision from yesterday. No re-checking needed.

End of session — Auto-capture:

{"name": "summarize_session", "arguments": {

"summary": "Reviewed stablecoin portfolio. USDT blocked. RLUSD pending.", "key_facts": ["USDC authorized", "EURC authorized", "USDT blocked"], "decisions": ["Block USDT for EU"], "action_items": ["Check RLUSD in April 2026"], "namespace": "compliance-bot" }}
