Description from the maker (original English)
WhatsApp tools: wa.me links, QR codes, share widgets, phone validation, API rate card & limits.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

wha.tools is a free toolkit of WhatsApp utilities and plain-language reference guides — link generators, a QR generator, a share-widget builder, a bulk sender helper, a phone-number validator, a link-preview debugger, and a WhatsApp Business API pricing calculator. No sign-up, and the interactive tools run entirely in your browser.
This repository is the public information hub for the project: what the tools are, and the machine-readable / agent-facing surfaces the site exposes. The web application's source lives in a separate private repository; nothing here is required to use the site.
|Tool|What it does| |-|-| |WhatsApp Link Generator|Create wa.me click-to-chat links with a pre-filled, formatted message and a live preview.| |WhatsApp QR Generator|Turn a WhatsApp link into a scannable QR code (PNG/JPG/SVG).| |WhatsApp Share Widget|Build an embeddable WhatsApp share button with a rich preview.| |Bulk WhatsApp Sender Helper|Personalized wa.me links for a whole contact list from one template.| |Phone Number Validator|Validate a number and see its country, line type and every standard format.| |WhatsApp API Pricing Calculator|Estimate WhatsApp Business (Cloud) API cost under Meta's per-message pricing.| |WhatsApp Link Preview Debugger|See how a URL's preview card will look when shared on WhatsApp, and why.|
