Spec Driven Development
MCP Server that facilitates spec-driven development workflows, not just Vibe Coding.
Description from the maker (original English)
An assistant reads your OSCAR installation (OSC, MIDI, DMX) and drafts interfaces you review.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.
It runs on your computer. Your AI app starts it when needed, and data does not pass through the maker’s servers (unless it calls an online service itself).
The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.2) reached the registry 34 days ago.
Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. You also need Node.js on your computer.

Remote Desktop Commander: use files, terminal and processes on your own computers from any AI app.
Too many MCP servers eating your context? A router that loads each tool's schema only when needed.

Connects an AI assistant to OSCAR, the free, open-source editor and server for control interfaces: pages of buttons, sliders and other controls that phones and tablets open, and that send OSC, MIDI and DMX to show software, instruments and lights.
With it, an assistant such as Claude can:
It never sends anything to your rig, publishes, or changes a project.
OSCAR 2.1 or later must be running on the same computer, with the MCP pill in its top bar green.
Claude Code
claude mcp add oscar -- npx -y createwithoscar
Claude Desktop: download OSCAR.mcpb from createwithoscar.site and double-click it. Nothing else to install.
Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex, Gemini CLI and other MCP apps: add a server with the command npx and the arguments -y createwithoscar. In most apps that is:
{
"mcpServers": { "oscar": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "createwithoscar"] } } }
If it does not start on Windows, use the command cmd with the arguments /c npx -y createwithoscar.
Then ask, for example:
This is a small program with no dependencies. The assistant starts it and speaks MCP to it; it passes each request to OSCAR on this computer and nowhere else. It finds OSCAR through a file OSCAR writes when it starts (~/.oscar/mcp.json), which holds OSCAR's local address and a token that changes at every start. Switching the MCP pill off in OSCAR closes the door.
If OSCAR is not running, the assistant still sees the tools, and is told to ask you to start OSCAR.
Needs Node 18 or later (the Claude Desktop bundle uses Claude's own).
BSD-3-Clause, as OSCAR is. Source: github.com/trafalmejo/OSCAR.
