What it can do
Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 6, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.
boulevard_get_businessFetch the Boulevard business the credentials act for — name, timezone, address, phone, website. A cheap way to confirm the setup works. GraphQL: business.
boulevard_list_locationsList the business's locations with id, name, timezone and address. Most other tools need a location id from here. GraphQL: locations.
boulevard_list_appointmentsList appointments at one location, optionally for one client and filtered by a query such as a date range or staff member. Each appointment includes its client, services, staff, state and cancellation. GraphQL: appointments.
boulevard_get_appointmentFetch one appointment by id — time, state, notes, client, each booked service with its staff and price (in cents), cancellation details and tags. GraphQL: appointment.
boulevard_list_clientsList the business's clients, or find them by email, id list, or a query (e.g. name = 'Jane Doe', mobilePhone = '+15551234567'). GraphQL: clients.
boulevard_get_clientFetch one client by id, including contact details, appointment count, account balance (cents), scheduling alert, tags and notes. GraphQL: client.
boulevard_list_servicesList the service menu — name, category, default duration (minutes) and default price (cents), and whether it is an add-on. GraphQL: services.
boulevard_list_staffList staff members with their role, locations, contact details and whether they are bookable online, optionally filtered by a query. GraphQL: staff.
boulevard_list_shiftsList staff working shifts at one location for a date range — clock-in/out times, weekday, availability and recurrence. GraphQL: shifts.
boulevard_list_timeblocksList blocked time on staff calendars at one location (breaks, meetings, personal time). GraphQL: timeblocks.
boulevard_list_ordersList checkout orders at one location with totals (cents: subtotal, discount, tax, gratuity, total, refunds), optionally filtered e.g. by closedAt range or clientId. GraphQL: orders.
boulevard_get_orderFetch one order by id with its totals and line items (services, products, gratuity, gift cards), amounts in cents. GraphQL: order.
boulevard_list_productsList retail products — brand, SKU, barcode, unit price and cost (cents), category. Set include_inactive to include retired products. GraphQL: products.
boulevard_list_membershipsList client memberships sold by the business — status (ACTIVE, PAUSED, PAST_DUE, CANCELLED), client, price (cents), interval, term and next charge date. GraphQL: memberships.
boulevard_list_tagsList the tags defined for the business (ids to use with boulevard_add_tag). GraphQL: tags.
boulevard_create_clientCreate a new client profile. Check boulevard_list_clients by email or phone first to avoid a duplicate. GraphQL: createClient.
boulevard_update_clientChange a client's name, email, mobile phone, date of birth, pronoun or external id. Only the fields you pass change. GraphQL: updateClient.
boulevard_create_client_noteAdd an internal note to a client's profile (visible to staff, e.g. formulas, preferences, allergies). GraphQL: createClientNote.
boulevard_update_appointmentReplace an appointment's internal notes and/or move its state to BOOKED, CONFIRMED, ARRIVED or ACTIVE (e.g. confirm, or check the client in). Does not cancel or reschedule. GraphQL: updateAppointment.
boulevard_create_timeblockBlock time on one staff member's calendar at a location (a break, meeting or personal time) so it cannot be booked. One-off only. GraphQL: createTimeblock.
boulevard_add_tagApply an existing tag (from boulevard_list_tags) to a taggable record such as a client or appointment. GraphQL: addTag.

Common questions
Is Boulevard MCP by usefulapi safe?
It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
What keys or codes does it need?
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.
Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?
It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.
Is it still maintained?
The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.35.3) reached the registry yesterday.
Which apps can use it?
Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

Boulevard MCP by usefulapi
Use Boulevard from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client — look up appointments, clients, services, staff, memberships and orders, and update client records. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own Boulevard credentials.
Live endpoint: https://boulevard.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io/boulevard
Connect
- Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste
https://boulevard.usefulapi.io/mcp. - Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http boulevard https://boulevard.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run/mcpto log in. - VS Code: Add to VS Code.
- Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
{
"mcpServers": { "boulevard": { "url": "https://boulevard.usefulapi.io/mcp" } } }
Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Boulevard credentials.
Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/boulevard/
On first connect you'll provide your Boulevard offline app client ID and client secret, plus your business ID (from the Boulevard Developer Portal). They're validated, stored per-user, and scoped to you — no keys in config files.
