Spec Driven Development
MCP Server that facilitates spec-driven development workflows, not just Vibe Coding.
Description from the maker (original English)
Read WHOOP recovery, sleep, cycles, workouts and body measurements.
These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.
We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

Tool names and descriptions exactly as the server reported them on Nov 6, 2026. The maker wrote them, not us; we show them as plain text.
whoop_get_profileThe current user's basic WHOOP profile (user id, email, first name, last name). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/user/profile/basic. Scope: read:profile.
whoop_body_measurementThe user's body measurements (height in meters, weight in kilograms, max heart rate). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/user/measurement/body. Scope: read:body_measurement.
whoop_list_cyclesList the user's physiological cycles (a WHOOP 'day', ~24h anchored to sleep), most recent first. Each cycle carries a score with day strain, kilojoules burned, and average/max heart rate. Paginated (limit/nextToken) and filterable by created-time window (start/end). WHOOP REST: G
whoop_get_cycleGet a single physiological cycle by its id (strain, kilojoules, average/max heart rate, start/end). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/cycle/{cycleId}. Scope: read:cycles.
whoop_get_cycle_recoveryGet the recovery scored for a specific cycle (recovery %, resting heart rate, HRV RMSSD, SpO2 %, skin temperature). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/cycle/{cycleId}/recovery. Scope: read:recovery.
whoop_list_recoveriesList the user's recoveries, most recent first. Each recovery scores how ready the body is (recovery %, resting heart rate, HRV RMSSD, SpO2 %, skin temperature) and links to its cycle and sleep. Paginated (limit/nextToken) and filterable by created-time window (start/end). WHOOP R
whoop_list_sleepList the user's sleep activities, most recent first. Each carries a score with sleep-stage summary, sleep needed, respiratory rate, and sleep performance %. Paginated (limit/nextToken) and filterable by created-time window (start/end). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/activity/sleep. Scope: r

whoop_list_workoutsList the user's workouts, most recent first. Each carries a score with strain, average/max heart rate, distance (meters), and per-heart-rate-zone durations. Paginated (limit/nextToken) and filterable by created-time window (start/end). WHOOP REST: GET /v2/activity/workout. Scope:

Compared with every active server in this category in the registry. Stars count only when the publisher owns the repo.
It passed 3 of 3 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.
The registry does not list a required key, though some servers ask you to sign in on first use.
It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.
The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.35.3) reached the registry yesterday.
Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your WHOOP credentials.

On first connect you'll paste your WHOOP credentials. They are validated, stored per-user, and scoped to you — no keys in config files.
