Overview

Description from the maker (original English)

Solana MCP for wallets, trades, markets, PnL, transfers, onchain data, signable swaps and API tools.

PopNx MCP’s three pillars

These three are never merged into one score: opinions, measurements and popularity are different things.

What you can do with it

We have not written a plain-language summary for this one yet. Below are the facts we read from the registry.

  • Connection: Runs in the cloud
  • Transport: Streamable HTTP
  • Category: Other
  • You need to fill in: X-API-KEY

Install

Pick the AI app you use, then copy the settings.

Before you install

Values marked secret are keys to your account. Never share them or paste them into a chat.

You need

Which app do you use?

Pick your app above. We remember it, so next time the button says “Install in …”.

This address needs a key in a request header, which the add-connector menu cannot set. Use Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code instead.

Run this in your terminal

claude mcp add --transport http vybe-solana-api https://docs.vybenetwork.com/mcp --header 'X-API-KEY: your-value'

Fill in the empty values before running it.

Open in Cursor

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "vybe-solana-api": {
      "url": "https://docs.vybenetwork.com/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "X-API-KEY": "your-value"
      }
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Open in VS Code

Or copy the settings yourself

Paste into .vscode/mcp.json in your project

      "headers": {
        "X-API-KEY": "your-value"
      }
    }
  }
}

Your browser asks to open the app, then the app shows the settings and asks you to confirm. Key values are left empty for you to fill in.

Your choice stays on this device in a cookie; no account needed.

Values you fill in

  • X-API-KEY secret required HTTP header
    API key for authenticated Solana API calls (get yours at https://vybe.fyi)

Common questions

Is Solana MCP by Vybe safe?

It passed 1 of 1 applicable basic checks. We have not read the code. Before adding a key or token, see what access the server asks for and use a key with only the permissions you need.

What keys or codes does it need?

You need to fill in: X-API-KEY

Does it run on my computer or in the cloud?

It runs in the maker’s cloud. Connect over the internet with nothing to install, but what you send passes through the maker’s servers.

Is it still maintained?

The GitHub repo last changed –, and the latest version (1.0.9) reached the registry 7 months ago.

Which apps can use it?

Apps that support MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. It connects by URL, so apps that accept remote MCP servers work too, such as ChatGPT in developer mode.

Solana MCP by Vybe

Solana MCP by Vybe is a developer toolkit for live Solana data: wallets, trades, markets, transfers, and signable swaps. The public server publishes 44 tools. Each tool calls one Vybe API endpoint.

build-swap, build-close-token-accounts, and build-withdraw-mev return an unsigned transaction to sign in your own wallet. The server does not take private keys, and it does not broadcast transactions. get-x402-access-guide returns x402 pay-per-call instructions and does not send a payment.

This repo is the directory listing, Claude plugin, and MCP registry metadata. The running server is vybenetwork/vybe-mcp-oauth-proxy. Its current version is 1.3.2.

Versions

PieceVersionWhere
Live MCP server1.3.2initialize on https://mcp.vybenetwork.xyz/mcp
Claude plugin1.3.0.claude-plugin/plugin.json
MCP registry metadata1.1.3server.json

MCP endpoint

Use the streamable HTTP endpoint:

https://mcp.vybenetwork.xyz/mcp

Registry metadata (server.json) publishes the remote as:

https://mcp.vybenetwork.xyz

Clients that require an explicit MCP path (ChatGPT Developer Mode, Codex, Cursor HTTP) should use `https://mcp.vybenetwork.xyz/mcp`.

The public guide at docs.vybenetwork.com/docs/mcp still describes the old tools list-endpoints, search-endpoints, get-endpoint, and execute-request. Those names are not in the published tool list.

GitHub repository name

`vybenetwork/solana-mcp-vybe` (starts with solana-mcp, includes Vybe).

Publish a new listing version

  1. Clone or use this repo at github.com/vybenetwork/solana-mcp-vybe
  2. Tag and push (the workflow sets server.json version from the tag):
   git tag vX.Y.Z

git push origin vX.Y.Z

server.json is currently 1.1.3. The next registry tag should be newer than that. A tag push rewrites server.json version from the tag during the workflow.

Or run Actions → Publish to MCP Registry → Run workflow (uses the version already in server.json).

Publishing uses GitHub OIDC in Actions; no personal token secret is required.

If you use `mcp-publisher login github` locally and get 403 for io.github.vybenetwork/...: Git apps like Git Credential Manager are unrelated. Open GitHub → Settings → Applications → Authorized OAuth Apps, choose the app you authorized during `mcp-publisher login github` (device flow), then under Organization access click Grant for `vybenetwork`. On SAML-enforced orgs, also complete SSO for that OAuth app. Then run `mcp-publisher logout`, `mcp-publisher login github`, and `publish` again.

  1. Verify:
   curl -sS "https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.io/v0.1/servers?search=vybenetwork" | jq .

Cursor and other directories

Use .mcp.json as the install snippet. For Cursor Directory, submit after the registry publish succeeds; use OAuth for https://mcp.vybenetwork.xyz/mcp.

Registry catalog id

`server.json` `name`: `io.github.vybenetwork/solana-mcp-vybe`. Display title: Solana MCP by Vybe.

Publish: push main, then git tag vX.Y.Z && git push origin vX.Y.Z, or Actions → Publish to MCP Registry.
