Layout

Each skill has one SKILL.md, at plugins/ /skills/ /SKILL.md. That one file serves every installer: the Claude Code and Codex plugin marketplaces read it through plugins/ /, and the skills CLI finds it through skills.sh.json at the root (and through .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, which it also reads). No copies, no symlinks.
