Office (optional cloud capability) — manage_office provides 44 organization-scoped actions for Ask, conversations, decisions, lifecycle controls, business records, curated agent memory, routines, cadence and paginated records. Enable/pause/resume/approve return confirmation receipts for the initiating owner to review in the browser. Agents must show the URL and observe the outcome, never confirm it themselves.
