  Find SYMONE-served cities near a given location. Pass a city or region name to get nearby cities where SYMONE operates motorcycle transport.

• get_booking_url

  Get the link the user must open to book a scheduled SYMONE trip or to request a quote for another route or date, plus reservation contacts. With route_id (from search_routes) the trip details are repeated next to the link. Booking and payment happen on symone.fr only.

• request_quote

  Send a quote request (demande de devis) to SYMONE for the customer, for any route and date, including routes not listed by search_routes. Nothing is recorded until the customer confirms: SYMONE e-mails them a link (valid 48 h) to check the request, accept the terms and confirm. T

• get_quote_request

  Status of a quote request sent with request_quote: pending_confirmation (waiting for the customer to click the e-mail link), confirmed (recorded; the quote comes by e-mail), expired, cancelled_by_customer, superseded or failed.

• create_checkout

  Prepare the booking of a scheduled trip from search_routes (UCP checkout). SYMONE computes the price; payment never goes through the assistant: the response has status requires_escalation and a continue_url. Give that link to the customer, who checks the booking on symone.fr and

  Current state of a checkout session: requires_escalation (the customer still has to open continue_url and pay), completed (paid; order id given), incomplete (trip no longer bookable: choose another) or canceled (expired after 24 h, canceled, or turned into a quote request). The p

• update_checkout

  Replace the content of an unpaid checkout session (other trip, number of motorcycles, riders, buyer). Send the whole checkout again, as for create_checkout.

• complete_checkout

  UCP complete step. SYMONE never takes payment through an assistant, so this never charges anything: it returns the session with status completed if the customer has already paid on symone.fr, otherwise requires_escalation with the continue_url to give to the customer.

• cancel_checkout

  Cancel an unpaid checkout session (nothing was charged and no seat was held). A paid booking cannot be canceled here: the customer contacts SYMONE under the terms of sale.
