• reopen_conversation

  Reopen a previously closed conversation unless it is blocked.

• block_conversation

  Permanently block further public relay actions for this conversation.

• report_message

  Create an idempotent abuse report for a message from the other participant.

• get_contact_exchange

  Read field-level contact consent and released snapshots for the current actor.

• prepare_contact_exchange

  Offer selected contact fields and request selected fields from the other participant.

• confirm_contact_exchange

  Accept a subset of offered fields and share a subset of requested fields.
