Find Polish companies in KRS by name, NIP, REGON or KRS number. Returns up to 10 matches with KRS, NIP, REGON, status and city. Use it first to get the KRS number for other tools. Cost: 0.03 PLN per call.
get_company
Registry profile of a Polish company from KRS: name, legal form, status, registration and deregistration dates, address, share capital, main PKD, historical names. With full=true also the current management board, supervisory board, proxies, all PKD codes, registry court and risk
get_company_connections
All people and entities connected with a company, current and historical: board members, supervisory board, shareholders, proxies, liquidators, with role, function and dates from/to. Also the companies in which this company is a shareholder or a member of governing bodies. Cost:
get_company_events
Timeline of registry changes of a company from KRS and the Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG): appointments and dismissals of board members, changes of shareholders and proxies, newest first. Optional date range and paging. Cost: 0.05 PLN.
get_financials
Multi-year financial summary of a company from statements filed in KRS (eKRS financial documents repository): revenue, net profit, total assets, equity per year, in PLN. Cost: 0.03 PLN.
get_financial_statement
Financial statement of a company for one year: revenue, costs, gross and net profit, tax, total assets, equity; where available the full balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement line by line with prior-year values. Cost: 0.20 PLN.
get_public_aid
Public (state) aid received by a company according to SUDOP (UOKiK): totals per year and individual grants with date, amount in PLN, form, purpose and granting authority. Cost: 0.10 PLN.
get_public_contracts
Public sector contracts of a company: NFZ (National Health Fund) contracts per year, contracts from the Central Register of Contracts and won public tenders (e-Zamówienia / BZP). Cost: 0.10 PLN.

tropia.pl MCP server and API: Polish company data from KRS

Remote Model Context Protocol server and REST API by tropia.pl, the Polish company intelligence service built on the National Court Register (KRS).

Ask Claude, Cursor or any MCP client about a Polish company and get answers from registry data:

1.2 million entities from KRS (913,000 active): companies, foundations, associations, cooperatives
Current and historical connections: board members, supervisory boards, shareholders and proxies with dates from/to: who ran or owned a company in the past, not only today
Registry change history from KRS and the Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG)

Get a key at tropia.pl/api. The free demo key works for three showcase companies (ORLEN, CD PROJEKT, 4MASS):

Paid keys are prepaid: each call costs 0.03–0.20 PLN, the price is listed in every tool description, and calls for a KRS number that does not exist are free. tools/list and initialize work without a key.

Data and privacy

Data comes from public Polish registers: KRS (Ministry of Justice), MSiG, the eKRS financial documents repository, SUDOP (UOKiK), NFZ, the Central Register of Contracts and e-Zamówienia. PESEL numbers never leave the server. Personal data follows the GDPR objection process described at tropia.pl; the MCP server does not expose person search or beneficial owner (CRBR) data.

Open data

Aggregated financial benchmarks of Polish companies by PKD division (2023-2025), entity counts by legal form and region, and registrations per year are published as open data (CC BY 4.0) on Zenodo: doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23473573.
