get_logo
Look up the logo of a company by its domain (stripe.com). Returns a stable URL, the brand name, a ready img tag and the brand page. variant: base (original colours), white, black, grey or dark (for dark backgrounds); recolour variants exist for SVG only. format: svg (default) or
search_logos
Find brands in the catalog by company name or domain (exact and close matches). Returns up to 8 matches, each with domain, name and logo URL. Use it when you know the name but not the domain.
get_favicon
Get the favicon (square icon) of a company by domain. Returns the scalable SVG URL and a PNG URL at the nearest standard size (128, 256, 512 or 1024). If the brand is not in the catalog, found is false.

A free alternative to the Clearbit Logo API. 2M requests a month per site. Commercial use included.

This repo holds part of the catalog. The logoapi.sh CDN serves all 5,000+ logos. We add more here when the licence allows.

What's in this repo

This repo holds the open logo files behind LogoAPI.sh: 2,016 SVGs from gilbarbara/logos, dedicated to the public domain under CC0. They are pinned to commit dafdf2df1334 and keep gilbarbara's file names.

The hosted API serves the full catalog of 4,138 brands, with wordmarks, icons, colour versions and search. The API service itself is not in this repo.

Contributing

Missing, wrong or outdated logo? Open an issue. The forms ask for the domain and a link to the official file.
You own a brand and want its logo changed or removed? Use logoapi.sh/claim. We reply within 2 business days.
