  Change only an already running strategy's exchange and consistent spot/futures fields. Spot forces 1x. dry_run previews without saving. No draft, status change, or exchange order.

• update_strategy_rules

  Overwrite an existing saved draft's rules in place. Omitting TRAILING STOP from exitRules, or setting trailingStopPercent to null, 0, or none, removes it. dry_run previews without saving. Refuses absent drafts.

• account_risk_settings

  Read or update only the authenticated account's risk settings with an agent token; dry_run validates an update without saving.

• implement_strategy

  Save a structured strategy draft privately to Strategy Hub, inactive. Does not write code or enable trading. Requires confirm=true.
