  List customers (basic: id, name, type, inactive flag; full: more fields). BlueFolder API: POST /customers/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_customer

• bluefolder_list_service_requests

  List service requests (jobs), optionally filtered by customer, status, billing status, invoice or reference number, or a created/closed date range. Use status 'open' for all non-closed requests. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_service_request

  Get one service request with its items, labor, materials, expenses, assignments and billing totals. Give serviceRequestId or externalId. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/get.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_service_request_history

  Get the history and comments of one service request. Give serviceRequestId or externalId. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/getHistory.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_equipment

  List equipment (assets), optionally for one customer by customerId or customerExternalId. BlueFolder API: POST /equipment/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_equipment

  Get one equipment item with its service dates and notes. BlueFolder API: POST /equipment/get.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_contracts

  List service contracts, optionally filtered by customer or status. BlueFolder API: POST /contracts/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_contract

  Get one contract with its balances, billing details and limits. BlueFolder API: POST /contracts/get.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_items

  List catalog items (parts, labor and service items) with unit price and cost. BlueFolder API: POST /items/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_item

  Get one catalog item with its unit price, cost and manufacturer data. BlueFolder API: POST /items/get.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_users

  List the BlueFolder users (technicians, dispatchers, admins) with their ids and types. BlueFolder API: POST /users/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_get_user

  Get one BlueFolder user (no password). BlueFolder API: POST /users/get.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_tax_codes

  List the tax codes and rates set up in the account. BlueFolder API: POST /taxCodes/list.aspx.

• bluefolder_add_service_request

  Create a new service request (job) for a customer. It sends no customer email unless notifyCustomer is true. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/add.aspx.

• bluefolder_add_service_request_comment

  Add a comment to a service request. A public comment with notifyCustomer true emails the customer. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/addComment.aspx.

• bluefolder_add_customer_comment

  Add an internal comment to a customer record. BlueFolder API: POST /customers/addComment.aspx.
