Zip-Codes.com Location Intelligence: Spatial Analysis, Districts & 14+ Years of Demographics
Location intelligence for US addresses and ZIP Codes, through the Model Context Protocol. Zip-Codes.com can validate a US street address and return its ZIP+4, census tract demographics, income, housing and school district in one call. It answers from current USPS data, updated monthly, and Census boundaries, so an agent looks addresses and ZIP Codes up instead of guessing them. Request the enrichments you need. The survey estimates describe the census tract and carry margins of error.
ZIP boundaries follow USPS carrier routes and are refreshed quarterly. Coverage includes PO Box and single-organization ZIP Codes that Census ZIP-area files leave out. Boundary enrichments show which counties and districts a ZIP overlaps, with shares measured by area. The USPS county assignment is available alongside the mapped counties.
For history, request Census TIGER/Line boundaries from 2010–2026. American Community Survey profiles use consistent field names across 2011–2024 releases for ZIP Code areas and 2022–2024 for tracts. A ZIP's survey estimates come from the Census ZCTA with the same code.
MPP-capable: an optional buy_credits tool lets an agent with an MPP wallet (such as Stripe Link) buy a prepaid API key or add credits to one; the wallet's owner approves each payment.
