  Return one case from the signed-in SHVL workspace, including status, payment-readiness state, bounded invoice summaries and communication evidence. Excludes email addresses, message content, provider IDs and payment records.

• search_xero_invoices

  Search sales invoices from the signed-in owner’s latest completed SHVL Xero sync by invoice number or customer name. Read-only, capped at 20 and not live Xero state.

• get_xero_invoice

  Return one sales invoice from the signed-in owner’s latest completed SHVL Xero sync plus aggregate recorded-payment evidence. Read-only. Excludes Xero IDs, payment IDs, email addresses and message content.

• search_xero_contacts

  Search customer contacts from the signed-in owner’s latest completed SHVL Xero sync by name. Read-only, capped at 20 and excludes email addresses, postal addresses and Xero IDs.

• get_xero_contact

  Return one customer contact summary and up to 50 sales invoices from the signed-in owner’s latest completed SHVL Xero sync. Read-only. Excludes email addresses, postal addresses and Xero IDs.

• get_xero_financial_report

  Read one live Xero Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet or Trial Balance for explicit dates. Capped at 250 stripped rows and never writes to Xero. Requires the matching read-only Xero report permission and a Xero user with Reports access.

• list_shvl_workspaces

  List SHVL workspaces available to the signed-in user. If none exist, explain next_step and offer its setup_url or the free summary_url. Connecting an account does not create a workspace. Does not expose customer email addresses or provider identifiers.

• get_shvl_workspace_status

  Return the selected SHVL workspace name, entitlement state, connected accounting organisation name and active Xero agent tenant name.
