  Get the history and comments of one service request. Give serviceRequestId or externalId. BlueFolder API: POST /serviceRequests/getHistory.aspx.

• bluefolder_list_equipment

  List equipment (assets), optionally for one customer by customerId or customerExternalId. BlueFolder API: POST /equipment/list.aspx.
