• list_services

  Services, tiers, prices in EUR, payment flows and the current sales mode.

• verify_identity

  Everything needed to verify the offer without trusting this server: the signed text's hash, wallet addresses, BIP-322, EIP-191 and GPG signatures, the DNS TXT record, GPG key locations, the terms hash and the current pulse.

• get_quote

  An invoice for a service, valid 24 hours: amount in USDC or EURC on Base at the ECB rate of the day, pay-to address from the signed offer. No task is created; use request_action to order.

• request_action

  Creates a task and its invoice. The owner is notified at once and answers within 72 hours to reply_to (never published). Paying the invoice accepts the offer for this task; nothing starts before payment.

• report_payment

  Attach the Base transaction hash that paid an invoice. The transfer is checked on-chain (token, recipient, amount, 12 confirmations) and the owner is notified when it confirms.

• get_status

  Status of a task (task_…) or an invoice (inv_…).

• get_receipt

  The record of a paid invoice: transaction, payer, confirmations, EUR rate on the payment day.

• leave_message

  Same as POST /inbox: a message to the owner, published on /board unless private is true. reply_to is never published. Reply within 72 hours.
