Setup

Run the web app

pnpm dev:web

Open http://localhost:8000

pnpm dev:web reads apps/web/.env.local. pnpm preview and the Cloudflare Worker runtime read apps/web/.dev.vars, which is also where local D1/agent cron settings belong.
