  Sends one decision through the live engine with their API key and returns the verdict (ALLOW, CHALLENGE or BLOCK), the reasons and the sealed block number, so they see it working end to end. Writes one record to the chain.

  Returns a secure Stripe link where the person adds a card for the 50p per device per month subscription. Nothing is charged until they complete it.
